This RIBBED BIKER SHORTS runs true to size with the intention of these fitting form fitting around the waist. If your daughter normally needs more room in the waist/hips/thighs we would recommend sizing UP. If your daughter normally has a more thin waist/hips we would recommend not sizing up and ordering the size she is normally in if you would like it to fit like you see on our models.
Our models are wearing size 6T in the listing photos and are normally wearing between size 6 and 7 in clothing.
